Canfield Imaging Integration

InSched integrates with Canfield Mirror imaging software for patient photo management. This integration allows bidirectional synchronization of patient records and photos between InSched and Canfield Mirror.

Canfield Mirror Sync​

The Canfield Mirror Sync dialog manages the link between InSched patient records and Canfield Mirror patient charts.

Accessing the Sync Dialog​

Select Setup > Canfield Mirror Sync from the menu.

Search Filters​

Use the checkboxes to filter the patient list:

Sync Grid​

The grid shows patients from both systems side by side:

InSched columns:

  • Patient Name, Patient ID, Mirror ID, Photo, Date of Birth

Canfield columns:

  • Mirror ID, Name, Date of Birth, Photo

Actions​

For each patient row, you can:

Processing​

  1. Configure the search filters
  2. Click Search to find matching patients
  3. Check the appropriate action checkboxes for each patient
  4. Click Process to execute the selected actions

Additional Options​

  • Remove photos from Inform when removing Canfield link — Automatically delete InSched photos when unlinking a Canfield record
  • Clear All Add Checkboxes — Uncheck all "Add link" selections
  • Report — Generate a report of the sync results

Canfield Mirror Chart Locate​

The Chart Locate dialog finds or creates Canfield Mirror charts for patients.

Searching for a Chart​

  1. Enter the patient's Last Name and/or First Name
  2. The grid shows matching Canfield charts with name, date of birth, and photo
  3. Click Select next to the desired chart to link it
  4. Check Show All Patients to browse the complete Canfield database

Creating a New Chart​

If no matching chart exists in Canfield, click Create New Mirror Chart or press F4 to create a new Canfield chart for the patient.
