IntelliPract® / InSched Support
In the past, InSched support has been provided by the entities supporting Inform & Enhance. However, as of July 1, 2025, IntelliPract® / InSched, including the Patient Connection system with texted appointment reminders and confirmations and text communications with patients via the main practice number, will be provided by Pinnacle Automation, LLC and James Nachbar, MD, the author of both IntelliPract® / InSched and Patient Connection.
For the time being, support for functionality provided by Inform & Enhance, such as most printing functions, will require the Inform & Enhance system, which is presently supported by 4D EMR.
Practices that already have IntelliPract® / InSched installed and operating know that IntelliPract® and InSched generally does not require much work to maintain.
IntelliPract® and InSched support will be provided for $600 annually, which includes one 30-minute support incident per year. Additional support incidents will be $100 for each 30-minute support incident. For simple issues, which generally can be resolved in five minutes or so, up to ten are also included in the annual support.
Patient Connection, text messaging, including appointment reminders and confirmations and interactive text messaging, is at an additional charge. The price for Patient Connection is $250 / month, or $2,500 / year, for up to 10,000 text messages per month, and $ 0.025 (2.5 cents) for each message beyond 10,000 in a month, where media text messages (e.g. images sent or received) count as two messages each.
